Metal Moisture-Proof Ventilation Sealed Door GJB2805B-2021 Warehouse Anti-Theft Technical Requirements Inspection

The GJB2805B-2021 standard specifies the following requirements for the moisture-proof function of warehouses:

Moisture-proof airtight door: It should be of steel structure with sufficient strength, and the main steel plate thickness of the door should not be less than 4mm. The door's opening pressure sealing device should be firmly fixed and operable only from the inside of the door. Under the action of ordinary tools, this device should not deform, loosen, or shift. All steel plates, including the door, door hinges, and door frame, must undergo anti-rust treatment, with the primer coated with anti-rust paint at least three times. After installation, it should be impermeable to light, air, and water, and should not leak water within 2 hours when inspected in a horizontal position.

Moisture-proof material: The surface of the moisture-proof airtight door should be made of corrosion-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant materials, capable of withstanding harsh marine climate conditions.

Moisture-proof design: The moisture-proof airtight door adopts a three-layer airtight ventilation window design, effectively ensuring ventilation and air exchange between indoors and outdoors without allowing indoor humidity.

Moisture-proof effect: The moisture-proof airtight door should effectively prevent moisture intrusion, ensuring a dry internal environment in the ordnance warehouse and avoiding rusting of stored items.

Installation requirements: The moisture-proof airtight door should be installed firmly, with rubber seals around the edges to ensure impermeability to light, air, and water.

Ventilation window design: The three-layer airtight ventilation window has functions such as insect resistance, rodent resistance, mosquito resistance, ventilation, airtightness, moisture resistance, and theft prevention.

Overall performance: The overall anti-destruction capability of the moisture-proof airtight door should be no less than 40 minutes.

These requirements ensure the moisture-proof performance of the warehouse under various environmental conditions, thereby safeguarding the safety and stability of materials.
